September 2014 Practice Newsletter

Rosehill Ramblings
Hello and welcome to our latest newsletter.

With sun tans now faded and children back at school it’s very much business as usual at Rosehill. Christmas emergency arrangements (yes I know, talk of
Christmas already) have been finalised and Pat is prodding me for news of when our Easter holiday might be.

I always feel that September to December is the busiest period in the Rosehill calender which is why we are so pleased to be welcoming back Victoria after her
year on maternity leave looking after the lovely Isabella. I am sure Vicky is looking forward to coming back to work for a rest!

Many of the projects we have worked on recently, although they have been for the benefit of our patients, haven’t been immediately visible. Improving our decontamination facilities and introducing new ways to for  you to interact with us is never going to make the heart beat
faster.

This Autumn/ Winter however, we hope to improve a part of the practice that patients are all too familiar with …. the waiting room. Refurbishment will hopefully cause minimum disruption but achieve maximum impact. More news to follow.

And finally, on a personal note, if anyone knows why our Damson tree failed to produce any fruit this
year, I would be most interested to know.

                                           With warm regards
