A note to say “Thank You”

Dear Sarah,

Just wanted to drop you a note to say “Thank You”.

I have no trepidation or nerves associated with my visits to the dentist as I know that I shall be in a relaxed environment and treated with care and attention. As a Dental Hygienist, you have the (no doubt from time to time unfortunate!) job of attending to a patient for a scrape, scrub, clean and whatever else is in your armoury.

From my experience you conduct this activity with aplomb whilst maintaining a convivial interaction with your patient. We both have daughters of similar ages so it is nice to exchange experiences, and this adds to the whole relaxed feel to the visit.

I think this familiarity helps with the service as, whilst I feel assured when you comment on my dental hygiene, I also feel confident that you would have no qualms in reprimanding me accordingly should I need to take appropriate action.

So, once again, “Thank You” .

….(Hope this means you won’t jab a nerve again joke!} .

Kind regards,

Gary Johnson
