Having just completed a course of dental care at your surgery, I wish to express my grateful thanks: I’m absolutely delighted with the results.
Good results are essential, but to a patient who was dreading the very thought of entering the front door, other issues were important, e.g Would I get a listening ear: would the injections be administered gently & last but not least would I be given time, quality time? I cannot thank you enough because the answer to all was in the affirmative.
